We are now accepting applications for an HR Manager in NC! You will work for a large established manufacturing company with plants throughout the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. You will direct HR activities & initiatives for multiple facilities. Your responsibilities will include environmental safety & compliance, performance & compensation management, training, & development, employee relations, employee recruiting & retention, and organizational development. You’ll also manage the worker’s compensation process and provide company communications to employees and staff. The compensation for this position is 70-90K Plus bonus with an excellent benefits package. You’ll enjoy a wonderful quality of life near the coast in NC.
We're looking for someone with a strong safety background and experience working in a manufacturing environment. If you are a self motivated problem solver, able to create innovative solutions for a variety of issues with strong organizational skills, an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff & management, and team building skills this position is perfect for you!
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in HR or industrial relations or related field
- 6-8 years generalist experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Lean manufacturing experience and change management desired
- SPHR/PHR preferred, but not required
- Computer proficiency, MS Office
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
