BurkeHR is looking for someone with a great deal of technical expertise for a HRIS Payroll Analyst opportunity in TX. You will be the first level SME responsible for SAP support & delivery. As the primary payroll champion, you will ensure a secured environment, data integrity, and on-time delivery of system outputs (paychecks, etc). You’ll work intimately with clients of a global services company, providing code for unique business requirements, creating enhancements & solutions to system limitations & challenges, and guaranteeing smooth delivery of payroll & benefit processes. Compensation for this position is 90-105K plus benefits. Relocation is available to the right candidate.
The person we’re looking for has a high degree of technical experience & expertise. Ideally your experience will include 2 full cycle SAP implementations, and you’ll have provided support for a large payroll system. Solid problem solving & project management skills are the keys to success in this position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Management Information Systems
- 5- year HRIS experience
- SAP application & development experience desired
- Systems knowledge-SAP HCM version 4.6C or above. Oracle
- Programming skills-RDBMS, ABAP, PL/SQL, Java, UNIX, etc
- Computer proficiencies-MS Office, MS Project, Lotus Notes
- Strong problem solving & management skills
