An excellent opportunity has just opened up for a Director of Talent Acquisition for a large company at its headquarters in OR. You’ll have end to end leadership of the talent acquisition process including: development of an overall recruiting policy & strategy, identification of company needs, initiation of the recruiting process, and evaluation & selection of candidates. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for proper alignment of talent during organizational restructuring, position evaluations, and attraction of a diverse workforce. Compensation for this position is 100-130K plus benefits. Relocation is available.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record leading a company-wide talent acquisition program. You must possess an understanding of a high level business view to foresee future challenges and meet them proactively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10-15 years experience
- Management experience in company-wide talent acquisition desired
- Computer proficiencies
- Excellent oral & written communication & networking skills.
