We are now actively seeking candidates for an HR Manager in WI! You’ll support all HR services for a global manufacturing plant in the Milwaukee area. Your responsibilities will include recruiting & retention, performance & compensation management, career development, training, & development, employee relations, as well as partnering with plant management & staff to foster a highly productive, positive professional environment. You’ll also manage the worker’s compensation process and provide company communications to employees and staff. The compensation for this position is 75-85K plus benefits, relocation assistance is available. Some travel is required. Good opportunity for advancement. The right person for this job has proven success managing & building cohesive teams, partnering with all levels of staff & management and is able to foster strong employee relations. You’ll provide counsel to plant management to help them effectively manage their teams. Outstanding communication and organizational skills are key to the success of this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in HR, OD or related field, Master’s preferred.
- 5-7 years experience working in manufacturing environment
- Lean manufacturing experience and green belt certification desired
- IT, sales/marketing experience helpful
- Computer proficiency MS Office Suite
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
