BurkeHR is actively seeking qualified candidates for an experienced Trainer opportunity based in OK.  You’ll be responsible for assessing & identifying company training & development needs to meet business objectives; designing curriculum & programs, and facilitating delivery of training programs to your client base.  You will utilize a variety of instructional techniques & delivery systems including classroom-based, self study courses, and web based programs.  You’ll assess effectiveness of training programs and make improvements to enhance learning.  You’ll coordinate logistics pertaining to training including scheduling facilities, marketing & registration. The compensation for this position is 55-70K plus full benefits.  Travel is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in training, human resources or related field
• 3+ years training experience with management level experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in design & delivery of instructor-led training a plus
• Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles needed
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
