Just posted--an excellent opportunity for an HR Manager with a strong generalist background! You will support plant operations for a global manufacturing company at its AR facility. You’ll partner directly with the plant manager to develop & implement quality work practices & procedures. You will reinforce & motivate a positive work environment through employee selection, development & training programs. You will work proactively to support plant safety & reduce workplace incidents. You’ll facilitate HR technologies’ improvements including time & attendance & HRIS systems. Compensation for this position is 55-65K plus benefits. Relocation is available. The company is a global manufacturer committed to employee satisfaction, recognition & development. The plant is located in an area rich in natural beauty & abundant recreational opportunities.
Key attributes needed for this position are proactive problem solving skills—the best solution to problems is the avoid them in the first place; strong partnership skills including the ability to positively delegate some activities to plant managers & supervisors; and advanced HRIS system & HR technology knowledge to help increase company efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
- 5+ years experience manufacturing
- PHR/SPHR certification desirable
- Computer proficiencies
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
