The primary focus of this position is blending corporate acquisitions with existing units to create vigorous new organizations. You’ll build stronger businesses through change management initiatives, cultural integration, and organizational transformation. You’ll partner with business leaders to determine needs, devise & propose improvements to existing structure & organization, support talent acquisition & performance management activities, and provide counsel & expertise as needed. You’ll be responsible for organizational design & implementation throughout the world. Compensation for this unique opportunity is $100-135K plus a generous bonus & benefits package. Some travel is required. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.
The right person for this position has strong mergers & acquisitions experience preferably on a global scale. You must be a talented change agent & consultant able to inform and engage senior management & staff to promote quality decisions & direction.
Requirements:
- Master's degree/doctorate degree preferred-HR, OD, Psychology or related field
- OD certification a plus
- 6-8 years OD management/Business Partner experience working within a complex organization
- Multi-site leadership with global experience a real plus
- Computer proficiencies: Excel, Access, SASS, Crystal
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
