A global services company is looking for a Payroll Delivery Analyst in NC. This position involves working directly with clients, determination of client business requirements & specifications, delineation of project milestones & objectives, planning & implementation as well as systems integration to ensure a smooth delivery of HR services. You’ll serve as liaison with 3rd party vendors, provide guidance & training to clients, and conduct audits to assess success & determine solutions to challenges. Compensation for this position is 55-75K
We’re looking for someone with a solid project management background and keen technical qualifications. The right candidate possesses outstanding oral and written/documentation skills and an ability to view the big picture to create quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or technical certification
- 5-10 years HR experience with project management/delivery experience a plus
- CPP certification desired
- Six-Sigma methodology knowledge advantageous
- Case management systems experience (Siebel or Workflow) wanted
- Solid written/documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
