Now hiring! A Compensation Analyst is needed in MS to support a 400+ bed health facility. You’ll assist managers in development of job descriptions for new positions, review descriptions & appropriately slot positions within company salary structure, and maintain & update the company database of all staff & management job descriptions. You’ll conduct & analyze market surveys, assess & review compensation competitiveness to attract & retain best talent, and recommend improvements to existing salary structures. You’ll serve as functional expert regarding compensation & salary structure and ensure equity & legal compliance. Compensation for this position is 50-55K plus generous benefits. No travel is required.
We’re looking for a communicator, with solid MS Office computer skills & HRIS/compensation systems proficiencies. Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills will serve you well in this position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years compensation experience in a healthcare setting
- CCP certification preferred
- Knowledge of federal & state wage laws
- Familiarity & experience with HRIS/compensation systems
- Computer proficiencies-MS Office expertise a big plus
