The opportunity of a lifetime has just opened up in IL!  A global manufacturing & engineering company has an opening for a VP of Human Resources.  You will be responsible for compensation, performance management, training & development, talent management & succession planning, and organizational development.  As an officer of the company you’ll provide strategic direction for multiple international & domestic locations.  15-25% travel both domestic and international is required for this position.  A highly competitive compensation & benefit package commensurate with experience is available to the right candidate.

• 15+ years HR experience
• 10+ years international leadership experience needed
• GPHR desired
