A fresh opportunity is now available for an HR Supervisor with a solid generalist background.  You'll support a large manufacturer in NC!  The primary focus of this position is related to comp & benefits and staffing activities.  Your responsibilities will include employee recruiting & selection, new hire orientation training programs, reward & recognition activities, salary administration, and annual benefits enrollment.  You'll also serve as the liaison between plant managers and temporary service agencies, conduct drug screening & background checks for new hires, and work closely with the HRIS team to ensure accuracy of employee data.   Compensation for this position is 40-50K.  Relocation is available.

The ideal candidate is someone who is bi-lingual (Spanish), has the ability to handle multiple priorities and can network effectively with all levels of staff & management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree preferred 
  • 3+ years HR generalist experience
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly desired
  • Strong organizational & project management skills
  • Excellent oral & written presentation skills
  • Computer proficiencies-MS Office
