Now interviewing for a new opportunity for a Senior Comp & Benefits Analyst. You’ll support a highly successful global company at its headquarters in KS. Your responsibilities will include: administration of bi-annual compensation & bonus reviews; conducting market surveys & analysis; reinforcing reward & retention strategies of the corporation; management of career path information, job evaluations; supporting promotion processes; preparing detailed analysis & special reports for senior management; and ensuring state & federal guidelines are met. Compensation for this opportunity is 55-75kK plus bi-annual bonuses, and outstanding relocation assistance is available.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 7+ years HR experience in compensation & benefits
- Strong knowledge of compensation systems such as PeopleSoft
- PHR or CCP desired
- Solid computer proficiencies with MS Office, online benefit programs & salary administration software
