We have an immediate opening for an HR Generalist in IL. The focus of your activities will be to support corporate recruiting for a global green technologies corporation. You'll be responsible for end to end recruiting--job descriptions, position requisitions, internal & external adveritising, job fairs, applicant tracking & screening, background & reference checks, job offers/declines, the hiring process, and EEO & IDES New Hire reporting. Compensation for this position is 46-50K plus generous bonus.

The right person for this position possesses outstanding organizational & time management skills and is a great communicator. You must be able to set priorities & meet multiple deadlines. Creative problem solving and strong customer focus are desired attributes for your success in this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or SPHR/PHR preferred
• 3 years relevant work experience
• Solid organizational & time management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Computer proficiences
