This is an exclusive opportunity for an HR Manager with a strong generalist background in IL!  You’ll provide leadership across manufacturing and sales functional areas in a global corporation at their Illinois facility.  You’ll have a full range of generalist responsibilities including: employee relations, recruiting & retention, compensation & performance management, organizational development, and employee development and training.  There are about 200 people across the US directly impacted by this position.  Compensation is ~$90K plus a 30% bonus!  Travel is ~15%.

 

We’re looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and strong work ethic.  Insight & vision to foresee the impact of business decisions on all levels of staff & management, high level business acumen, and the ability to design & execute HR initiatives in support of strategic business goals are required for your success in this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field, Master's preferred
  • 7-10 years generalist experience with minimum 3 years in management & 3 years in manufacturing
  • Technical expertise in HR systems & processes
  • Superior team building ability
  • Computer proficiencies
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills—including presentation skills
