BurkeHR is actively seeking a Compensation Analyst to support a multi-facility health system in VA. Your responsibilities will include: planning & implementation of the annual merit review process; evaluation of merit review salary recommendations to ensure equity & legal compliance; analysis of salary structure and appraisal of new hire compensation packages to attract & retain top talent, conducting job evaluations and developing position descriptions; development & improvement of quality HR policies & programs; and assisting in company-wide compensation programs to support business mission, goals and values. Compensation for this position is 50-75K with full benefits. No travel is required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Compensation experience-in healthcare desired
- Detailed knowledge of federal & state wage laws, FLSA
- Solid project management skills required
- Familiarity & experience work HRIS systems
- Computer proficiences-MS expertise a plus
