BurkeHR has a great opportunity for an HR Director in NJ. This position supports a growing healthcare system with hospitals throughout the east coast. Your team will conduct market surveys, assess market competitiveness of compensation & benefits plans to attract best talent and ensure employee retention, and design an equitable comp/benefits structure & organizational model to best utilize & reward the workforce. You'll also direct merit review processes and ensure state & federal legal compliance. The compensation for this position is $60-100K with benefits. Occasional travel may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field/Masters preferred
- 5+ years HR experience
- Healthcare compensation & benefits experience required
- CEBS or CCP certification preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
